Cherry Branch was established in 1986, as a 450-acre waterfront community surrounded by the Croatan National Forest and Neuse River. Located ten minutes from Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point and in close proximity of the Cherry Branch Ferry.
Amenities include a clubhouse, two swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, horse stables, trails into the National Forest, and a beach access area.
