Community Clubhouse at 120 Man Of War
The Community Clubhouse is available to rent year-round for single-day events. During the summer pool season, you may also include exclusive access to the small pool for up to four (4) hours of your choice with your reservation.
Rental Fees
- Clubhouse only: $135.00
- Clubhouse + Pool (summer season only): $160.00
Payment is required in full to secure your reservation. Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received, an address verification photo (mail piece or drivers license) and a screenshot of your payment has been texted to the Clubhouse phone or e-mailed to Cherrybranchclubhouse@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the reservation date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation date will incur a $50 cancellation fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Payment Information
A 3% service fee will be added to all payments made by credit card.
