Pool Information

The following rules apply: 

• Homeowners/Renters who have paid their dues are eligible to receive pool code. 

• Members may bring up to 4 guests. Guests must be accompanied by that member.

• Observe posted hours of operation, Wed. ~ Mon. 6 am ~ 11pm, Tues. 6am ~ 9pm 

• Shower before initially entering the pool.  

• Pool attire must be modest and family friendly. 

• Children that are not potty trained must wear “Little Swimmers”. 

• Do not enter pool if you have body sores or communicable diseases. 

• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

• No profanity is allowed in pool area, keep language family friendly.   

• NO DIVING, running, rough play, in pool area. 

• No pets allowed in the pool area. 

• No tobacco products, to include E-Cig, and vaping inside fenced area. 

• NO GLASS containers allowed inside the pool area. 

• No food or drink allowed at the edge of the pool or in the pool. 

• All trash must be deposited in trash or recycling containers provided. 

• Pool toys are allowed if they do not interfere with other guest’s enjoyment. 

• Music and other noise should be kept within reasonable levels. 

• Pool ropes and other safety equipment are not to be played with. Please do not hang, pull or put weight on or unhook the safety ropes. 

• We are not responsible for personal items left at the pool. 

• In case of storm, thunder, or lightning, leave the pool area immediately. 

• Follow all posted rules as required by the NC Department of Health and Safety. 

• Members will be held responsible for themselves and their guests’ safety and conduct. 

• No grills allowed in pool area. 

• The use of the pool for parties is only allowed through Clubhouse rental. 

• Respect all pool items, furniture and other items should be used as intended. 

Violation of these rules by Members and/or Guests may result in: 

1st Offense – Warning. 

2nd Offense – One week suspension. 

3rd Offense – Suspension for the duration of the season. 

Pool code may NOT be sold or given away. If you leave Cherry Branch, pool code will be changed for new homeowner or renter.
